A training program on Improving Work Relationships for Better Results was organized by Centre for Capacity Building (CECAB) for twenty eight Senior Executives and Managers of the United Finance Ltd. on Wednesday 26 July 2017 at Hotel Mulberry, Jyatha, Kathmandu, Nepal.

The purpose of the training program was: to improve mutual understandings of superior and subordinates with a view to create better work environment in the organization; and to develop work efficiency of the working groups and individuals for better results of the United Finance Ltd (UFL).

A Training Program on  Improving Work Relationships and Service Delivery organized for the Traffice Police of Nepal

Centre for Capacity Building (CECAB) has organized a training program on Improving Work Relationships and Service Delivery, exclusively for thirty traffic police of different levels. The program was undertaken in association with the Metropolitan Traffic Police Division of Nepal on 1 July 2017 (17 Asar 2074) in Kathmandu.

The four-fold purpose of the training program was: to make the trainees familiar with the cause and effects of deteriorating work relationships of the traffic police with the service recipients; to develop strategy for improving work relationships with the service recipients; to assess the problems and challenges of effective service delivery in the course of traffic services; and to explore the techniques of service delivery effectiveness in traffic police of Nepal.

Training-cum-Workshop on Improving Work relationships for Better Results was organized on 4 June 2014 at the Training Hall of Nabil Bank Complex, Kamaladi, Kathmandu for twenty managers of Nabil Bank Limited with full technical and professional support of Center for Capacity Building/CECAB.

The program was organized with a view to synchronize the working behaviors of Nabil Bank staff to improve work relationships in the work organization. The program was the first of this type organized by Nabil Bank Ltd in association with CECAB. The program design and implementation parts of the program were mainly handled by Center for Capacity Building whereas Nabil Bank Ltd entirely managed the financial and logistic support for the same.

Center for Capacity Building/CECAB organized Training-cum-Workshop on Improving Work relationships for Better Results for twenty four Senior and Middle Level Managers of Prime Commercial Bank Limited / PCBL on 5 February 2014 at Summit Residency Airport Hotel, Sinamangal, Kathmandu.

The program was organized with a view to synchronize the working behaviors of the bank staff so as to improve work relationships and work culture in the Prime Commercial Bank Ltd. The program was the first of this type organized by CECAB for PCBL.

CECAB organized two-day Training-cum-Workshop on Improving Work relationships for Better Results for twenty four officers of Lalitpur Sub-Metropolitan City Office from 23 to 24 January 2014 at the premises of Lalitpur Sub-Metropolitan City Office.

The program was organized exclusively for assessing and analyzing the existing scenario of work relationships; and developing strategies for improving work relationships and work efficiency in Lalitpur Sub-Metropolitan City Office. This type of program, organized for the first time for LSMCO, was successfully undertaken by CECAB with the support of Lalitpur Sub-Metropolitan City Office.
