Center for Capacity Building conducted one-day Training-cum-Workshop on Improving Work relationships for Better Results on 5 February 2014 with a view to develop conceptual understanding about work relationships and work culture for individual and organizational growth; and to asses and analyze the current scenario of work relationships leading to develop strategies for improving better work relationships and work efficiency of the participants. The full day program was undertaken at Summit Residency Airport Hotel with thorough interactions and practical exercises. The participants were mainly the senior managers and middle level managers of Prime Commercial Bank Ltd.

The training-cum-workshop was undertaken with problem-solving and learner-led approaches, which helped the participants to resolve their individual, groups, and institutional problems and weaknesses with regard to their jobs in Prime Commercial Bank Ltd.

The group presentations in the presence of the Deputy General Manager of PCBL and the subject expert and their thought-provoking inputs helped to make the program more fruitful.

From the aforesaid training workshop, participants also got better opportunities to learn about the organizational work culture of their Bank and tips to bring positive; cultural change for better results.

Although, the participants felt that the duration of the program was too short, they were fully benefited both from the contents and process of the program. Thus, they suggested to organize such type of programs even for other junior staff members of the Bank.
