Training-cum-Workshop on Improving Work Relationships for Better Results

CECAB organized two-day Training-cum-Workshop on Improving Work relationships for Better Results for twenty four officers of Lalitpur Sub-Metropolitan City Office from 23 to 24 January 2014 at the premises of Lalitpur Sub-Metropolitan City Office.

The program was organized exclusively for assessing and analyzing the existing scenario of work relationships; and developing strategies for improving work relationships and work efficiency in Lalitpur Sub-Metropolitan City Office. This type of program, organized for the first time for LSMCO, was successfully undertaken by CECAB with the support of Lalitpur Sub-Metropolitan City Office.

CECAB organized one-day Training Program on Leadership Skills and Team Management for Junior Managers and Operation Managers of different Banks and Financial Institutions.

The training as a part of the regular programs of CECAB was held on14 December 2013 at Hotel Pacific Pvt. Ltd. The purpose of the program was to develop conceptual understandings about leadership skills and team management in work organizations.

Center for Capacity Building / CECAB organized four-day Training Program on Developing Managerial Skills and Positive Attitude for the managers of different banks and financial institutions. The training as a part of the regular programs of CECAB was held from 26-29 September 2012 at Hotel Manaslu Pvt. Ltd.

The purpose of the program was to develop managerial and behavioral skills of the participants with a view to improve work efficiency in the work organization. The participants of the program were bank managers of different banks and financial institutions mainly from NABIL Bank Ltd, Rastriya Banijya Bank Ltd, Sunrise Bank Ltd, Nepal Bank Ltd, Bank of Asia Ltd, Siddhartha Bank Ltd, Lumbini Bank Ltd, and NDEP Development Bank Ltd.

Center for Capacity Building / CECAB organized five-day Training Program on Change Management for the managers, organization leaders, team supervisors and team leaders, and professional staff of different banks and financial institutions. The training as a part of the regular programs of CECAB was held from 25-29 October 2010 at Hotel Manaslu Pvt. Ltd.

The purpose of the program was to develop conceptual understandings of the participants about change management both from individual and organizational level; and change process and strategies in a systematic approach for improving work efficiency in the work organization. The participants of the program were mainly the managers of different banks and financial institutions. They were from NABIL Bank Ltd, Royal Merchant Banking & Finance Ltd, Machhapuchchhre Bank Ltd, NDEP Development Bank Ltd., Growmore Merchant Bankers Ltd, IME Financial Institution, Capital Remittance Pvt. Ltd, and Narayani National Finance Ltd.
