Training in Developing Management Strategy and Positive Attitude was organized on 11-12 December 2014 / 25-26 Mangshir 2071 at the Training Hall of Sunrise Bank Ltd., Gairidhara, Kathmandu for twenty branch managers and department managers of Sunrise Bank Limited with full technical and professional support of Center for Capacity Building/CECAB.

The program was organized with the objectives to: excel conceptual understandings about concepts and approaches to management strategy with regard to the financial institutions; develop skills in organizational analysis and management strategy building; enhance skills in developing positive attitude in the work place; impart knowledge and skills in stress management for mental balance of the participant managers; and enable preparing a framework of management strategy development and attitudinal transformation for organizational growth of the bank.

The design and implementation parts of the program were mainly handled by Center for Capacity Building whereas Sunrise Bank Ltd entirely managed the financial and logistic support. In the closing of the training program, Act.Chief Executive Officer of Sunrise Bank Ltd. opined that the training program was the felt needs of the bank staff with regard to the current internal and external environment of the organization. However, the training was also conducted the practical sessions of yoga and strategy development exercises.
